Ensured all projects were delivered for tenants on schedule and on budget – all directly related to rent commencement dates and project pro formas. Coordinated new tenant build-outs with minimal disruption for operating tenants, including Old Navy, H&M, and Sephora. Worked with Stopwaste.org on a sustainable landscaping plan and maintenance operations. 1 million+ sq. ft. $2.8 million.
