#1 Bay Area tourist destination. 200,000 sq. ft. high-occupancy waterfront development, including 110 retail stores, 12 restaurants, and many family-friendly attractions.
Project assessment, development, and implementation for five-year remediation program, mitigating 25 years of deferred maintenance. Managed work on building structure, reroofing, weatherproofing, utilities, infrastructure, and marine construction (sea walls, and pier pilings). Project scope, budgets, specifications, contracts, inspections, invoice processing, and close out. $10 million.
Tenant Coordination.
Owner’s representative. Established improved design criteria and pre-construction procedures. Increased tenant compliance by communicating value of increased end user satisfaction. Regularly directed up to 12 concurrent projects. Served retail/entertainment: NFL/College Shop, Krazy Kaps, Theater 39; restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Hard Rock Café, Crepe Café, Crab House, and Chowders; as well as many other tenants.
