Seismic Retrofit and Renovation.
Reactivation and project management of long overdue seismic retrofit and renovation to existing 29,000 sq. ft. four-story unreinforced-masonry building (UMB). Steel frames, foundations, and shotcreting for upgrade of existing exterior brick walls. Implemented $700,000 critical scope changes, including fast track scheduling, permit expediting, and coordination of engineers, architects, and contractors for commercial kitchen upgrade. Followed City of San Francisco sustainability ordinances. $3.5 million.
